Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned Works contract.

This project aims to deliver a fit for purpose, single source of truth tool that supports Kingston City Council's future operating model, as outlined in the Project Management Framework (PMF). The tool will be tailored to the business requirements and should complement the newly rolled out Kingston PMF.
The tool will be the central source of truth for all capital projects and support project owners' and project managers to consistently manage their day-to-day project and program management activities.
The tool will help Council to monitor and evaluate project performance effectively and will enhance transparency and accountability for Council Capital Projects.
