Sites Fitout and Project Management, CED Program

⁠⁠⁠Victoria Police is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) from suitably qualified organisations to undertake fit-out Works and provide associated project management services for numerous police sites across Victoria.

These works are part of the Infrastructure Stream within the Conducted Energy Device (CED) Program. The Infrastructure Stream is responsible for the infrastructure assessment and station upgrades across approximately 320 police stations/sites (metropolitan and regional), to cater for deployment of CEDs. The Infrastructure Stream is sourcing building works providers to deliver and lead several activities related to the infrastructure required for CEDs in the Equipment Issuing Office at Police sites in Victoria, including, but not limited to:

• Civil works
• Cabinetry works
• Demolition
• Project Management/ Contractor management

These services will be required to be delivered within a compressed timeline.

Extensive experience in the provision of civil/ infrastructure in accordance with the prevailing State Government policy and procedures as well as an understanding of Victoria Police design requirements in the context of Equipment Issuing Office.
