Tweed Shire Council (TSC) wish to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Consultant to provide TSC's project team with lead design consultant services for Leachate and Stormwater Infrastructure upgrade project at Tweed Recycling and Landfill Centre.
The Principal Consultant services include the encompassment of all sub-discipline Consultants and subsequently the Principal Consultant takes on the Lead Consultant role managing all sub-consultants through the required design process' for planning submissions and approvals, including but not limited to;
- Concept design and development
- Submission of Review of Environmental Factors (REF) documentation & Concept Design to TSC Environmental Department
- TSC Environmental Department review of REF and Concept Design and provide both REF and Part 5 approval.
All other related Design and Approval Construction process' as specified in the contract documents, to 100% detailed for construction design.
