Provision of Cleaning Services - Bell Bay, Tasmania

⁠⁠⁠TasPorts' requires ongoing commercial cleaning Services at the following office Sites in Hobart, Tasmania:

- 1 Mobil Road, Bell Bay, TAS, 7253

- Inspection Head Wharf, 200 Flinders Street, Beauty Point, TAS, 7270

The Supplier will provide the Services for all of the above sites in the manner described in this Specification and to the highest quality commercial standard. This Specification outlines the minimum requirements for the Services.

Industry briefings will be conducted on 22 June 2023 at 10:00 AM (please refer to RFP for more details). Industry briefings are only conducted for the purpose of distributing floorplans and allowing potential Proposers to inspect the sites with TasPorts staff before submitting their Proposals. Proposers should not rely on a statement made at an industry briefing as amending or adding to this RFP unless that amendment or addition is confirmed by TasPorts in writing.

Proposers wishing to attend Industry Briefings must register and submit the completed Confidentiality Agreement at Attachment 5 to procurement@tasports.com.au. TasPorts sites are subject to security controls and floorplans are deemed sensitive information.
