Court Services Victoria (CSV) is a body corporate established by the Court Services Victoria Act 2014 (Vic) to provide the administrative services and facilities necessary for Victoria’s courts and tribunals to operate independently of the direction of the executive branch of government.

CSV is looking to establish a Panel Contract for the supply and/or replacement of a variety of office furniture within various CSV locations within the State of Victoria. The purpose of this Panel Contract is to assist CSV with

• standardisation of office furniture across multiple Jurisdictions that meets CSV Ergonomic Design Standards
• minimise injury risk by purchasing pre-approved ergonomically designed furniture
• create an ongoing supply of standard and suite of office furniture across CSV available for Jurisdictions to purchase from a catalogue
• ensure the maintenance and repair of the new furniture through warranty support
• dispose of old assets in an environmentally responsible way.

CSV requires a variety of office furniture in various CSV premises state-wide for offices, meeting rooms, Court rooms and Jury rooms. All office furniture used by CSV is subject to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) compliance, CSV Ergonomic Design Standard and industry quality standards.

The supplier shall carry out, as a minimum the following:

• Delivery and Installation of office furniture to each identified employee’s desk or a nominated location at any office in the State of Victoria. Best endeavours will be made to coordinate office deliveries to optimise transportation.
• Guarantee ongoing repair under warranty of furniture delivered by the Supplier
• Collection, Removal and Responsible Recycling of CSV’s existing office furniture (up to the number of new furniture delivered).

This contract is for a fixed term of 3 years with two (2) options to extend of one (1) year each.

The supplier will have the opportunity to be listed as CSV’s preferred office furniture Supplier for the Contract Term. CSV will however reserve the right to have more than one preferred office furniture Supplier and/or purchase furniture from other manufacturers not listed on the panel.
