Tender Description
The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (the Authority) is seeking responses from providers registered with the Employee Assistance Professional Association of Australia (EAPAA), to deliver the Authority's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as detailed below:
• manage and operate a 24 hour / 7 day a week EAP and Critical incident service which is available to all Authority staff and their immediate family members.
• ensure a range of delivery modes and consultation such as face-to face, telephone, or online.
• provide EAP access options for service customers that will minimise the impact of barriers related to disability, cultural and linguistic diversity and Aboriginal & Torres Straight Island culture.
• respond to service customers initial EAP enquiry within twenty-four (24) hours.
• provide EAP service customers with the opportunity to make a face-to-face appointment to see a counsellor within (7) days of initial contact.
• provide location/s for undertaking face-to-face counselling with service customers.
• provide EAP and Critical incident services to individuals or work groups at any designated Authority workplace location(s).
• provide the client with the choice of accessing both male and female counsellors.
