Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T69-23 Padstow Park Amenities Building.
Works include construction of amenities building including building works; civil, electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, lift and landscaping works. Minor drainage works, concrete path around building and connecting services with authorities is also included in the tender.
Additional Details / Instructions
A compulsory site briefing will be held at 10:30am on 20th June 2023 at Padstow Park site, 24 Davies Road, Padstow NSW 2211.
