Corporate Transport Services

⁠⁠⁠The service provider shall manage fleet assets and documentation in accordance with the Service Specification, Council's Corporate Vehicle Fleet Policy, and regulatory and statutory requirements imposed on Council.

The provision of Corporate Transport Services is via co-location located in the City Of Melbourne Corporate Transport Office located in the Corporate Car Park. The associated management functions including the relevant financial and environmental reporting are applicable to all transport modes used by Council.

The provision of Corporate Transport Services will consist of the following:

1. Management and Operation of Councils Corporate Transport Office, fleet, and associated services

2. Management of fleet maintenance and accident repairs.

3. Reporting and administration.
