Presidents Park Reserve Master Plan Implementation - Design Services

Wyndham City Council is seeking a suitably qualified, creative, innovative, and experienced design consultant team to undertake full design services to deliver the Presidents Park Reserve Master Plan Implementation. The full design services include Background Review & Investigations, Concept & Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Documentation and Contract Administration.

The scope includes upgrades to the natural environment/open space, accessibility, sports infrastructure, amenities, dog park, and playground.

Documents are available for download from the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal, note that registration on the portal is required. There is no cost to register.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal no later than 12.00 Noon (AEST) Wednesday 12th July 2023.

Late or emailed tender submissions will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
