Supply and Application of Posi-Shell Daily Landfill Cover

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking a suitably competent Contractor to provide the supply and application of Posi-Shell Landfill cover services daily at the Buckley’s Road Waste Management Facility.

The Principal operates the Buckley’s Road Waste Management Facility as a Category 64 Class II Putrescible Landfill Site. The Waste Management Facility has licencing requirements to ensure environmental requirements are met with one of the requirements being that all daily waste received is covered to minimise odour, dust, and airborne waste generation. Please note that DAILY cover is a strict statutory regulation and therefore must be undertaken as specified. Contractors should have full contingency plans in place and alternative resources to ensure the continuation of service in case of material supply issues, plant breakdowns, etc.

The Principal receives all waste at the Buckley’s Road Waste Management Facility, Lot 228 Buckley’s Road where it is laid out and compacted in an even layer on the working tip face. This is the location where the services are to be provided.
