Waste Transfer Station Operations and Management

⁠⁠⁠The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders for the management and operation of the Wickham Waste Transfer Station, Located in Wickham, Western Australia.

LODGEMENT OF TENDERS:

All enquiries are to be directed to Malissa Bardsley, Waste Operations Coordinator via the City of Karratha online forum.

There is a non mandatory briefing/site inspection that will be held at 10.00am (AWST) on 6 July 2026. Tenderers who do not attend the briefing/site inspection will not be eligible to submit a Tender.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2.00pm(AWST) on 20 July 2026. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
