Tender Description
Austin is seeking a supplier who can provide an Manufacturing and Meal Management System (MMMS) that:
• Includes a QMS module for temperature recording and HACCP compliance.
• Includes an end-to-end Patient Meal Management system for meal traceability and inventory management (demand vs supply)
• Can incorporate multiple data streams (i.e. link into customer interface/ ordering from CPU)
• Should be able to flag allergens within the make-up of each ingredient including bought in finished food products (i.e. muesli bars)
• Should be able to flag shelf life i.e. BBD/ UBD within the make-up of each ingredient (i.e. milk) including bought in finished food products (i.e. muesli bars)
• Central Production Unit (CPU) should be able to manage within the system the procurement and supply of all raw ingredients to final finished products (including bought products), linking to the customer's ordering portal
• Is compatible to interface with Cerner (EMR) and our Finance system (e.g., Oracle cloud)
Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers may be shortlisted and invited to respond to a future Request for Quote (RFQ).
