Tender Description
GMCT is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Principal Design Consultant (PDC) for design and documentation of burial infrastructure based on a conceptual plan prepared internally.
The development of the former factory site at Sages Road, aligns with GMCT’s strategic plan objectives to develop burial and operational infrastructure to meet community needs.
The site was acquired in 2015 to address the need to upgrade and improve the Northern Memorial Park (NMP) depot operations and provide future interment capacity.
The site is part of the Sages Rd precinct development for which a business case was approved by the Board in late 2020.
