Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to provide cleaning services to our Tatura based offices including 40 Casey Street and Cussen Street buildings.

The specification includes daily, weekly, monthly, 6 monthly and yearly cleaning tasks.

These include but not limited to, cleaning of toilets, kitchens, lunch rooms, meeting rooms, outdoor areas and general areas.

GMW will be engaging a contractor for a 3 year term with 2 one year options to extend under a Provision of Services (Sole Entity Multiple Purchase) Contract.

A mandatory site inspection will held Friday 23 June 2023 @ 10.30am (AEST). Details on registering are listed in the Invitation to Supply.
