1. Supply & Install compliant hoarding / safety roof fencing with suitable signage around the area affected during the works to ensure all works comply with BCA & Australian Standards, including OH&S policy & procedures.

2. Provide safe access to roof area (Boom lift or Approved scaffold)

3. Provide a fall rescue plan to meet work cover requirements

4. Isolate services and areas that may be affected during the project and notify Council Project manager of timing and areas affected during the works.

5. Provide suitable notification to surrounding areas and alternative path of travel to ensure Safety of the public is meet at all times.

6. Supply skip and removal of all waste associated with the works including cost of disposal at tip and keep the site tidy at all times to prevent hazards.

7. Confirm timing works with Council project manager – to ensure all works are completed with minimal impact on the site.

8. Supply and provide Council Project Manager with a full OH&S and JSA / SWMS and current insurance statements before any works start.

9. Remove all sheet roofing and affected flashing and dispose.

10. Replace and repair damage to existing gutters and down pipes as required

11. Supply & Install new Metal roofing proprietary type roofing including skylights, stormwater roof plumbing.

12. Supply and install fall arrest equipment in accordance with OHS&E legislation.

Equipment to be provided includes anchor points, static lines, harness gear, eaves platforms and fences and safety signs.

13. Provide new guttering in all areas, using exposed brackets to support guttering.

14. Supply and install safety mesh to roof area.

15. Supply and install insulation to roof area (Australian Standard AS/NZS 4859) Permastop building blanket sisalation heavy duty R1.8 x 75 mm thickness

16. Provide Engineers specification and structural compliance certification.

17. Silicon and seal all areas on the roof to ensure the roof is fully water tight and meets Australian Standards and BCA.

18. Attendance at regular site inspections with Council’s project manager throughout construction and to assess works at practical completion.

19. Supply Council with certificates of compliance and as-built drawings for all the works completed during the project.

20. Clean-up of site and removal of all waste throughout construction. Ensure site is left clear of all rubbish associated with the works upon contractor demobilisation.

21. Removal of scaffolding and any hoarding fencing to return site to original condition.
