The City of Ballarat is seeking suitably qualified and experienced furniture suppliers to provide future furniture options for the Ballarat Library.

The Ballarat Library located in Doveton Street Central Ballarat is undergoing an extensive refurbishment project that aims to increase public space and re-calibrate the library layout to suit modern and future service and experiential offerings, and better fit with the precinct.

Most of the current furniture is worn, out of date and no longer fit for purpose. This tender has a furniture schedule attached (Appendix 1) that outlines quantities and types of furniture needed for the new library.

We are seeking respondents that have experience in the provision of furniture to galleries, libraries, community centres or similar.
