Transport for NSW invites expressions of interest for the Provision of a Toll Compliance Management Solution

Transport for NSW invites expressions of interest for the Provision of a Toll Compliance Management Solution, comprising a new Toll Compliance Management system, a Customer Notifications service (mail house) and a Customer Interface.

Proponents can express interest in one or more elements of the scope.

Transport for NSW seeks flexible, innovative solutions and welcomes feedback and insights related to the toll compliance management solution. Feedback and ongoing analysis will lead to the detailed definition of business and system requirements which may be shared with the market during later project stages.

All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Policy Framework, available at: Procurement Policy Framework.

Note:

A briefing session is scheduled for 4.00pm (ASET) on 07 June 2023. Details of the briefing session is in the RFEOI documents which is available in Ariba.

Participants are requested to submit their RFEOI submission via Ariba Portal
