Expressions of Interest - Noojee Resilience Art Project

⁠⁠⁠Baw Baw Shire Council is pleased to call for expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified visual artists or collectives to create integrated public artwork to complement the environment and tell the stories of local resilience and recovery.

About the project

Council recognises the value and impact of arts and culture in our community. Council’s role is to invest in arts and culture, providing infrastructure, services, events, and experiences which support the development of a vibrant, sustainable arts and culture sector.

The resilience artwork aims to build community identity and pride, it will create a centrepiece to allow community members to reflect and build greater relationships after significant emergency events.

The artwork will provide 3 impressive murals that are interesting, eye-catching, colourful, vibrant, that sit beautifully in the landscape, and are engaging for community and visitors.
