Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of IT Managed Services

⁠⁠⁠The Department intends to engage a service provider to provide high-quality ITIL-compliant IT Managed Services. The services will include transition from the interim support service to a new IT Infrastructure Service, and provide Ongoing Services for the new service management services.

 In summary, the scope of the Services includes:

· Transition Services

· Ongoing Services including:

o Common Services;

o Service Desk and End User Support; and

o IT Infrastructure Operations; and

Additional Services.

Other Instructions:

A non-mandatory Industry Briefing will be conducted at 10:30am, 6 June 2023. The Industry Briefing will be held on GovTeams, and Tenderers must pre-register via email their attendance at the industry briefing with the Contact Officer no later than 2 June 2023. The Contact Officer will provide an invitation to the GovTeams event and further details.

Part C (Draft Contract) will be released by Addenda as soon as possible.

Interested Tenderers are required to return a Data Room Deed Poll (RFT Part E) to the Contact Officer to obtain access to the Data Room, RFT Part B, Part 6 will only be accessible via the Data Room.

Conditions for Participation:

The Tenderer must be a legal entity recognised under Australian law at the Tender Closing Time. For the purposes of this RFT, a partner of a partnership who submits a Tender on behalf of a partnership, where that partnership is in existence at the Tender Closing Time, will meet this Condition for Participation.

The Tenderer must either:

• o hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Tender Closing Time; or
• o have a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Tender Closing Time, and hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than 4 Business Days from the Tender Closing Time.

If it proposes to engage a subcontractor, the Tenderer must hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any first-tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive).
