Maranoa Regional Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a fixed price lump sum price schedule and supporting documentation, for a new Canteen building at the Warroo Sporting Grounds located at 229 Surat Development Road, Surat Qld.
There is an existing canteen on site and part of the project involves reusing existing fixtures and fittings in the new canteen.
Background information / Compatibility requirements
The project is funded by Works for Queensland and the total construction must be completed by 31st
May 2024. Construction can commence from the 1st October 2023.
The grounds are used by many user groups and while they are aware the old canteen can not be used at this time; we would like the construction to be completed in a reasonable timeframe.
