⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE CITY OF LAKE MACQUARIE:

Lake Macquarie is the Hunter Region's largest city, accounting for 38% of the Lower Hunter population. With the city's current population fast approaching 210,000 Lake Macquarie is also the third largest regional city in New South Wales by population. Moreover, the city's population is expected to grow by 28,000 by 2036, creating a demand for 13,500 new dwellings and associated infrastructure.

ABOUT THE TENDER:

The purpose of this Tender is to seek suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers for the scheduled, corrective and reactive maintenance for Mechanical Services (HVAC and BMS) in buildings owned and operated by Lake Macquarie Council.

REGISTRATION: Tender documents may be obtained by registering on the e-tendering portal at (see option below).

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to Alison Cowan, the Contact Officer via the online forum. Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box, by facsimile transmission to (02) 4958 7257, or in a sealed envelope. The envelope is to be endorsed with the Tender number, title, and closing date and can be mailed or placed in the Tender Box located in Councils Administration Building, Ground Floor, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point by the nominated time and date.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
