Tender Description
Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified consultant to undertake a housing demand and capacity analysis for Manningham.
Council is undertaking a project to review its existing strategic documents guiding residential development in Manningham, namely the:
- Manningham Residential Strategy, March 2012
- Manningham Residential Character Guidelines (22 March 2005, revised 5 July 2012)
The ultimate outputs of Council’s project will be the preparation of the following:
- Manningham Residential Strategy
- Manningham Neighbourhood Character Study
- Manningham Residential Framework Plan as part of the new Residential Strategy
Following adoption by Council, it is anticipated that these strategic documents will form the basis for amendments to the Manningham Planning Scheme.
The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days before the closing date.
The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
Faxed, emailed hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
