The DE Supplier Portal

The Department of Education has now established the DE Supplier Portal. The DE Supplier Portal allows suppliers to access and respond to procurement opportunities from a number of Education portfolio entities.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued and managed through the DE Supplier Portal. All primary information relating to this RFQ is being provided through the DE Supplier Portal, and responses (i.e. quotes) must only be submitted through the DE Supplier Portal. Responses to RFQs submitted through the Buying for Victoria Tenders Portal will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: DE is aware that responses submitted through the BFV Tenders Portal will erroneously generate a confirmation of successful submission. DE is working with the administrators of the BFV Tenders Portal to disable this.

How do I register on the DE Supplier Portal?

Whether you are an existing supplier to DE or a first-time respondent, please refer to the Supplier Portal Instructions.

Once you are registered and have received your User ID and password, you can log in from the DE Supplier Portal home page.

Industry Briefing Session

A briefing session will be held on 30 May 2023 02:00 pm.

Notes: A briefing session is planned for this Invitation. The briefing session is designed to give the Department the opportunity to:

• guide Invitees through the Invitation documents
• clarify the overall scope and intent of the Invitation.
• receive questions that Invitees may have in regard to the Invitation documents.

Attendance is not mandatory; however, it is recommended that the invitee attend the session to adequately inform themselves of the scope of requirements.
