This Request for Tender (RFT) is made by the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) for the supply of renewable energy under a Retail Power Purchase Agreement (or equivalent agreement) (Retail PPA) to UTS's campus (for approximately 44,000 MWh per annum) with supply to commence on 1 July 2024.

UTS is inviting offers to supply energy under a Retail PPA under the tenderer's standard terms and conditions (appropriately amended to reflect the Deliverables).

The key outcome of this RFT is to enter into an Agreement that meets the Deliverables as well as the needs and requirements of UTS (as set out in this RFT).
