Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced planning consultants to undertake a project to develop Structure Plans for Central Highlands' three main townships of Bothwell, Hamilton & Ouse.
Expressions of Interest should include detailed proposals for undertaking the project. The successful consultant will work closely with Council and local communities to develop a shared vision and establish strategies to achieve that vision for each town.
The Project Brief can be obtained by contacting Council's Special Projects Officer, Damian Mackey, by email: dmackey@southernmidlands.tas.gov.au Expressions of Interest should be clearly marked "Expressions of Interest Structure Plans" and addressed to General Manager, 19 Alexander Street, Bothwell 7030, or by electronic mail to development@centralhighlands.tas.gov.au and will be received no later than 4.30 pm on Monday 3 July 2023.

Council reserves the right that the lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be awarded or accepted.
