Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Vincent has various facilities for sporting and community groups, and public and operational use, that are required to have scheduled and non-scheduled cleaning services.

The City is seeking suitably qualified and experienced cleaning contractor(s) to provide cleaning services (under a contract for three (3) years plus two options to renew for one-year) in accordance with the facility schedules for two separable portions;

1. Operational Buildings; and

2. Public Toilets, Community and Sporting Facilities.

The City can award both to one contractor or each to a separate contractor.

The contractor(s) will be required to undertake specific tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, as well as periodic, emergency and ad hoc cleaning.
