Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a SSS Grandstand Roof at The Gap State High School, located at 1020 Waterworks Road, The Gap QLD 4061, as part of the School Subsidy Scheme (SSS) program.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
