Design, Construction & Delivery of Unregistered Movable Dwellings in Buloke

⁠⁠⁠The Buloke Shire Council invites Tenders from experienced contractors for the design, construction, commissioning, delivery and installation of unregistered movable dwellings in Buloke.

This request for tender outlines seven distinct Separable Portions (each of which relates to a distinct location to which the relevant cabins or other dwellings may need to be supplied). Council may (at its discretion) elect to award all seven Separable Portions to the same Tenderer or to award different Separable Portions to different Tenderers (in whatever way Council determines appropriate at its absolute discretion). A maximum of 2 cabins will be awarded per separable portion.

To facilitate this, Tenderers must advise in their Tender:

1. For which Separable Portions they are tendering: and

2. A price option for each of the following which could be required at any one or more of the Separable Portions, including any discounted rate for the purchase of multiple cabin types:

a 1 bedroom cabin without veranda

b 1 bedroom cabin with veranda

c 1 bedroom cabin DDA accessible without veranda

d 1 bedroom cabin DDA accessible with veranda

e 2 bedroom cabin without veranda

f 2 bedroom cabin with veranda

g 2 bedroom cabin DDA accessible without veranda

h 2 bedroom cabin DDA accessible with veranda
