Expression of Interest - Management of Barellan Memorial Pool Complex

⁠⁠⁠Narrandera Sire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitability qualified companies with appropriate qualifications and experience in swimming pool management to operate the Barellan memorial pool complex at Mulga Street, Barellan.

The EOI is the first stage of a two-stage process. Following the close of the EOI Council may proceed to the calling of a Selected Request for Tender (RFT) for some, all or none of the respondents.

Proposals must include the documents and information described in the Returnable Schedules

Barellan Memorial Pool complex is positioned in the heart of Barellan township and is adjacent to the Sportsground and Central school.

The facility is popular with visitors from all over the local area. The pool solar heating and spacious grassed areas attract many visitors from adjoining areas.

Facilities include:

• 6 lane 25m pool with stair access, solar heated (pool blanket)

• Infants pool, solar heated

• Extensive shade structure surrounding pools

• Kiosk

• Changerooms with toilet and showers

• BBQ shelter with Electric BBQ and Picnic Tables

• Open grassed area with shade trees

• Upgrades filtration plant

• Swim Club shed
