ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences.
ABOUT THE TENDER:
The City of Parramatta is seeking to engage a sole contractor to provide cleaning services to council-owned buildings which include but are not limited to administrative offices, operations and community facilities both owned and leased by the council.
Compulsory site inspections will be conducted over two consecutive days for various premises which will be held on Tuesday 6th June from 9 am to 2.30 pm and Wednesday 7th June from 9an to 3 pm.
