Lake Boga Foreshore Beautification Project - Irrigation

⁠⁠⁠Swan Hill Rural City Council is planning to beautify the entrance into Lake Boga, notably the Crown Land managed by Council along the Southern foreshore and adjacent to the Murray Valley Highway.

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Irrigation component of the Lake Boga Foreshore Beautification Project.

Requirements include:

• New pump shed

• New pump

• Connection to services

• Connection to existing irrigation network to support recreational reserve purposes (old pump within Caravan Park)

• New Irrigation system southern precinct

• Bollard treatment & cable (west side of walking path)

• Tree plantation and reinstatement.

Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:

Price

The Tender will be evaluated based on best value. Best value is determined by the overall score received from the evaluation criteria below in comparison to the price.

Compliance with Specifications (40%)

The Tenderer needs to response and address all, part or some of the requirements outlined in the specification document

Track Record (15%)

The Tenderer needs to demonstrate if they have completed work for Council before.

The Tenderer needs to advise the number of the same or similar projects they have completed previously.

The Tenderer needs to provide the details of the references from the previous projects.

Availability of Skills/Resources (30%)

The Tenderer needs to provide satisfactory evidences to prove they have appropriate skills and resources to accomplish the project satisfactorily.

Social Economic Benefit (10%)

Demonstrate the social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality provide supporting documentation of contributions made to the community in the form of donation or free services etc.

Environmental Benefit (5%)

Demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability
