The Australian Society of Archivists seeks expressions of interest to develop a digital platform for Keeping Archives IV, updating its content and reflecting current archival practices and theory. Submission deadline is 29 May 2023.

The Australian Society of Archivists (ASA) seeks expressions of interest from individuals or corporations to develop a scope of works, under the guidance of the ASA Council Working Party, for the development of a new version (IV) of Keeping Archives.

This new version would consist of a digital interactive platform, that provides an online engaging process for those wishing to access Keeping Archives IV. A review of all the content of the previous 3rd version would be required, and where necessary, the content updated to reflect current practices, procedures, and archival theory.

Submission

Expressions of interest should be submitted via email addressed to ASA Councillor Steve Stefanopoulos OAM and received by Monday 29 May 2023.

Expressions of interest should include:

• Covering Letter
• Contact details (email, phone, full name)
• Current Curriculum Vitae
• A brief statement describing experience and qualifications to undertake the work
• An outline of all costs associated with the development of the “scope of works”

All submitted expressions of interest will be acknowledged after Monday 29 May 2023.

Successful candidates will be contacted soon thereafter for further information.

Unsuccessful submissions will be informed by the end of June 2023.
