Tender Description
Mission Australia seeks to engage a skilled and experienced organisation to collaboratively design and deliver an evaluation of the Integrated Homelessness Supported Accommodation Program (IHSAP). IHSAP is part of a collaboration of complementary services and agencies intended to mobilise and build on existing strengths in the service system through the establishment of co-located specialist supports for individuals and families in need. The service is targeted toward people who are experiencing homelessness and in need of, and willing to engage with case management support. IHSAP is contracted to Mission Australia through the Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities (TFHC).
The purpose of the evaluation is to examine IHSAP processes and practices, to gain a deeper understanding of the experience of clients as they journey through the program. The evaluation is also intended to explore and establish a culturally appropriate approach to the measurement of client well-being that is suitable for the program context. The evaluation findings will primarily be used for formative purposes, with a focus on program improvement and partnership strengthening to deliver better outcomes for clients.
