Wangaratta Creative Precinct Detailed Design

⁠⁠⁠The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) is seeking an Architectural Consultant to complete detailed design and contract documentation for the Wangaratta Creative Precinct. Council has received funding support under the Victorian Governments department of Regional Development Victoria, Enabling Tourism Fund for the Stage Two of Wangaratta Creative Precinct Business Case. The aim is to redevelop, upgrade facilities and interlink the Wangaratta Art Gallery, Wangaratta Performing Arts & Convention Centre, and Visitor Services to create a state-of-the-art, striking drawcard and focal point for Arts, Culture & Tourism within the Rural City of Wangaratta.

All inquiries regarding this opportunity, including the Specification and contract terms and conditions are to be lodged via this tendering portal at least 45 hours prior to the nominated closing time. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to.

Submissions

All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
