The objective of this procurement process is to identify short-listed suppliers who will then be invited to participate in an RFT for the relevant Package of Works.

The program includes the delivery, from Briefing to Construction Completion, of refurbished office spaces, Learning & Teaching spaces, and staff box moves across a total of 6 buildings on 2 campuses. The program will deliver new staff workspace for approx. 600 staff and approx. 40 new Learning and Teaching spaces. The program of works includes approx. 8 refurbishment projects, over a 4-year period, with project budgets between $5-17M. The total program is estimated to be approx. $83M.
