1. To prepare a peer review of Preliminary Site Investigation and Desktop Hydrological Assessment. 805 Great Alpine Road, Bright, Victoria, Prepared for Woodward Civil. (EHS Support, March 2023) including the Jones Environmental Consultancy appendices to inform Council’s assessment of the application for subdivision that is being considered on the land.
2. To provide recommendations of any conditions that should be placed on the subdivision permit, should it be approved, relating to management of contamination or whether further information should be requested from the applicant prior to determining the application.

Key objectives:
1. Peer review the soil sampling and testing methodology and ensure that it meets the required EPA/Australian Standards
2. Peer review the results and recommendations and provide expert advice on the recommendations and findings
3. Recommend next steps based on 1 and 2 above
