Tender Description

All Contractors who tender for work with a total of 100k or more will be required to have a third party certified safety system  eg AS/NZS 4801:2001

SCOPE OF WORKS

Quotations are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations interested in providing concept design, propagation, supply, planting, and maintenance of the revegetation of the ephemeral aquatic zone at water’s edge and surrounding areas for the Dunyak Moira fishing complex at Merrigum.

The focus of the revegetation is to:

  • enhance insect and aquatic life in and around the dams
  • improve water quality and
  • provide shade and amenity to support and encourage visitation and recreational activities.

    • Dunyak Moira comprises:

  • A 10ML dam located within the Merrigum WTP
  • A 50ML dam located adjacent to the Merrigum WTP and separated by a GMW channel
  • A bridge for pedestrian access between both dams
  • Pipework and pumps to circulate, dose and fill the dams from the GMW channel.
