Tender Description

Tenders for the supply of food/produce for the Fulham Correctional Centre for the period 1st July 2023 to 30th June 2024 are being sought.

Separate tenders are called for the following categories:

  • Bread Products (Fresh Bread & Bread Rolls)
  • Dairy Products (excluding Milk/Cream)
  • Milk & Cream
  • Eggs
  • Fruit and Vegetables
  • Wholesale Dry & Frozen Goods (includes Frozen Seafood) 
  • Fresh Meat
  • Halal Meat
  • Smallgoods
  • Poultry

Successful bidders should be able to demonstrate capacity to meet the demands of supply for a 900 + bed facility, price stability for the fixed term, delivery and service.
