Tender Description
Tenders are invited from
suitably qualified contractors for the construction of new concrete footpaths
and for the repair and/or replacement of existing kerb and gutter within the
Orange local government area, for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 financial years.
Council has an expanded footpath replacement program and an ongoing program for
the construction on new footpaths and requires suitably qualified contractors
to supplement our own resources for the delivery of these works, on an as
needed basis.
Council intends to create a panel of contractors for the delivery of these
works. There is no guarantee on the extent or volume of work for any contractor
under this arrangement.
The period covered by this contract will be from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2025
