Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for DES1231324. It includes the replacement of the Air conditioning system at the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Great Barrier Reef Marine Parks Tingira Street office located in Cairns.

Works required at the QPWS base at 100-106 Tingira St Portsmith:

Supply and installation of new air conditioning system at QPWS offices Tingira St Portsmith as per attached Specifications – Attachments 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d

Additional requirements for a new system include:

  • Removal and disposal of current air conditioning system at QPWS office – all components including all ducting, cassettes, condensers etc
  • Removal and replacement (if needed) of parts of existing t-bar ceiling and ceiling panels
  • Rectification of the condenser slab as per provided plans (Attachment 3)
