Tender Description
The City of Stirling seeks to engage one (or more) contractor(s) for the redevelopment of Hamersley Public Golf Course (HPGC).
The City is conducting a two-stage procurement process for this project.
Stage One: Respondents are invited to submit an EOI. Responses will be evaluated on qualitative criteria detailed in the EOI documentation and shortlisted Respondents may be selected to participate in stage two.
Stage Two: shortlisted Respondents from this EOI process may be invited to participate in a select Request for Proposal (RFP).

The Non-Mandatory Briefing will provide Respondents with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the EOI prior to the Deadline. No pre-registration is required as the signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants, and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing also.
All questions must be asked via the 'Contact Request Manager' button at the top right of this page and will be responded to via an addendum to all Respondents.
