Tender Description
This is an Expression of Interest (EOI). The EOI is the first stage of a two-stage process. This first stage will assess the experience, capacity, and capability of the Respondents. Following the close of the EOI, the Principal intends to proceed to the calling of a restricted Request for Tender (RFT) with shortlisted Respondents.
Working within the confines and restraints of the existing Beatty Park Leisure Centre site, this project seeks to demolish the existing 1962 change room facility along with part of the 1994 additions and then re-construct a new modern fit-for-purpose facility to accommodate families and physically challenged visitors to the BPLC. The two-level addition to the existing facility includes a dry change area, family change, unisex toilets, adult changing places, and universal access toilet on the upper level, and a store room on the lower level.
External works include an upgrade of the existing external stair, a new refuse store, civil works to a portion of the existing service yard including new asphalt, new drainage, and soak wells, new concrete kerbing including new external building lighting, and other services; as detailed and described on the drawings.
