Compliant Asbestos Removal - 90 Welsford Street Shepparton - Lump Sum Contract

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Class A Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractor (LARC) for the removal of identified asbestos-contaminated material from the building located at 90 Welsford Street, Shepparton in accordance with the Specifications provided.

Tenderers are required to attend one mandatory pre-tender site visit to enable contractors to satisfy themselves as to all existing conditions. 

Two times are available for Tenderers to select from, however, each Tenderer is only required to attend ONE of the pre-tender site visits.

The pre-tender site visit will be held at 90 Welsford Street Shepparton available on:

Site Visit 1 = Wednesday, 3 May 2023 at 11 am

            OR

Site Visit 2 = Wednesday, 3 May 2023 at 2 pm

Tenderers are required to register their interest in attending ONE ONLY of the two site visits noted above by registering via tendering platform and advising of which session they wish to attend.
