The Queensland Government is responsible for ensuring help and support is available to young people in their transition from statutory care to adulthood, so they can function successfully across all life domains and achieve their full potential.
The Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs invites offers from qualified suppliers to deliver Next Step Plus and Extended Post Care Support Program to the following locations:

The purpose of this tender is to procure services which will deliver a continuum of support to young people in statutory care from their 15th birthday up until their 25th birthday. This includes transition from care planning, intensive wrap around support between their 18th and 21st birthdays to support their transition to adulthood and ongoing support and information as needed up until their 25th
The new Extended Post Care Support service response is intended to complement and not duplicate the supports already available in the service system.
