Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Only companies that have not previously been contacted by Saipem should submit an EOI.

Supply of one (1) fully dressed and manned Multicat for Anchor handling operations in shallow water inside Port of Dampier Limits to support the pipelay activities of shallow water pipelay barge (SEND)

Minimum Scope of Work Requirements:

As a minimum the requirements are:

1. Multicat shall be compliant with all applicable Australian laws/ regulations to operate with the limits of Port of Dampier

2. Multicat shall be manned for 24/7 anchor handling operations

3. Multicat shall have accommodation for all required personnel to operate on 24hr basis

4. Multicat shall be able to operate in 4m water Depth

5. Multicat shall have a minimum bollard pull of 30t

6. Multicat shall have enough deck space to fully deck and handle a 15t Stevpris Anchor

7. Multicat shall have a minimum of one (1) x AH winch with enough capacity to spool 100m of 60mm pennant wire to recover the Anchor on Deck

8. Multicat shall have a minimum of one (1) Shark Jaw or one (1) Kamfork

9. Multicat owner shall provide catering services for its crew

Mobilization window – 20/08/2023 to 19/09/2023. Mobilization / demobilization port – Port of Dampier, WA or Port of Ashburton, WA Expected campaign duration – 15 days with possible extension of another 20 days.
