Tender Description
The Council of the City of Gold Coast (City) is seeking information in relation to the scope detailed below. This information will assist the City to further refine their requirement and understand the capabilities of the market to fulfil this requirement.
Scope:
- The City is considering engaging a Contractor with suitably qualified and experienced personnel (which may include sub-contractors) to undertake preventative and reactive maintenance of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems at various locations within the boundaries of the areas controlled by the City (Maintenance Services).
- The Contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labour including other trades to complete the Maintenance Services which must be undertaken in accordance with all relevant current Statutory Regulations and Australian Standards.
