Tender Description
Council is seeking to engage a licensed contractor to carry out work on Air Conditioning systems in these buildings as described below.
1. Specific programmed maintenance
2. Specific programmed maintenance – Large Commercial Systems
3. Reactive Maintenance
4. New Installations at various sites.
Pricing and allocated time to carry out programmed maintenance per facility must be realistic.
There will be no allowance for travel time or meal breaks.
Council will appoint a single contractor for categories 1 to 3, however, Council reserves the right to select a second contractor depending on the results of the tender evaluation.
The successful contractor will be required to undertake monthly scheduled inspections of and report on all of the air conditioning equipment.
