Procurement Australia, on behalf of its participating members located nationally as listed in the request for tender document, invites tenders for the below-mentioned requirements from electricity and or reticulated natural gas retailers licensed to operate in the states of Australia each respondent is tendering for.

This tender comprises the following energy categories via a multi-year fixed price fixed term contracting methodology for energy and contestable environmental certificates and for energy delivery in multiple states of Australia commencing on 1 July 2023:

• Large & Small Market Electricity
• Large & Small Market Natural Gas
• Public Lighting

Respondents have the discretion to tender for any one or any combination of categories at the state level or the total requirement. Procurement Australia is using a three-stage tender closing procedure:

• Stage 1. Non-financial submissions ONLY Closing date & time: 3.00 PM AEST Wed 26 April 2023
• Stage 2. Financial submissions ONLY Large Market & Public Lighting categories Closing date & time: 3.00 PM AEST Wed 3 May 2023
• Stage 3. Financial submissions ONLY Small Market categories Closing date & time 3.00 PM AEST Wed 10 May 2023
