Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Onkaparinga is now calling for expressions of interest for a commercial tenant interested in investing private funds into the heritage asset in exchange for a long-term lease over the Coromandel Valley Institute located at 404b Main Road Coromandel Valley. The lease term and rent will be negotiated on the amount of funds the tenant will be investing into the building to a maximum of the 42-year lease.
