Tender Description

The ABC has issued this RFI to seek information from the market for the provision of an “off-the-wire” packet capturing and traffic analysis platform.

As broadcast functions move to “Over IP” operations the network becomes increasingly critical to all aspects of ABC content creation and distribution. Visibility into the network and its operation are critical in maintaining network health and broadcast operations.

The ABC is looking to the market for the latest network monitoring tools available based on this type of technology. In addition, we are looking for opportunities to augment and if possible, further consolidate, existing network monitoring & management systems where synergies can be found.
